An operation gathers organizations with roles and split percentages. It’s where partner, broker and insurer agree on how distribution works, without mixing that into each organization’s identity.

All customer and policy data is scoped to the active operation. Each participant sees only what belongs to the operation they’re looking at — the foundation of the platform’s multi-tenant model.
